How do I change my Dadaloo password?

If you have forgotten your password to access the site Dadaloo , don't worry! Follow these simple steps to reset your password and restore access to your account.

Steps to Reset Password

1. Open your browser and go to the Dadaloo main page.

2. Select the "My Account" button:

• From desktop : You will find the "My Account" button 👤 at the top right of the page. Click on it to access your profile options.
• From mobile : Open the menu ( ☰ ) at the top left of the screen and select "My Account". Click on it to access the login page.

3. On the login page, under the fields to enter your email and password, you will find the option "Recover password" . Click on this option to begin the reset process.

4. On the next page, you will be asked to enter the email address associated with your account Dadaloo. Please enter your email address correctly and make sure it is the one registered on our site.

5. After entering your email address, click on the button "Submit" . An email will be sent to your address with instructions on how to reset your password.

6. You should receive an email from Dadaloo with a link to reset your password .

• Please note : The email may end up in the folder Spam or Junk Mail . We recommend that you check these folders of your email for at least two hours.

7. In the email you received, you will find a button labeled "Reset Password" . Click this button to be redirected to the password reset page.

8. On the reset page, you will be asked to enter a New Password. Choose a strong password and write it down in a safe place.

9. After resetting your password, you will be able to use your new password to log in to your account Dadaloo as usual.
