If you wish to delete your Dadaloo account, please follow the instructions below. Please note that deleting your account is subject to certain conditions to ensure that all your ongoing activities are properly completed.
In order to proceed with the deletion of your account, the following requirements must be met:

• Orders in Shipping Status: There must be no orders in the process of shipping. Make sure all orders have been delivered and completed.
• Pending Returns: There must be no returns in progress. Any returns must be completed and refunded before you can proceed with cancellation.
• Pending Payments: There must be no pending payments on your account. All transactions must be completed and confirmed.
• Remaining Gift Card Balance: If you have a remaining gift card balance, please use it before requesting cancellation of your account. Remaining balances will not be recoverable after cancellation.
