How to make a return

Making a return on Dadaloo is quick and easy! Follow these steps to start the process:


1) Click the "Make a Return" button below.

  • You will be asked to enter your email address;
  • You will immediately receive a six-digit access code in the indicated mailbox;
  • Enter this code to access the returns area;

2) Find the order and request a return of your products.

  • Find the order that contains the items you wish to return;
  • Select the "Request return" option;
  • Select the specific items you wish to return;
  • Please indicate the reason for the return;
  • Confirm your request by clicking "Request return" again at the bottom;

Your request will be processed immediately and we will send you a confirmation email once the procedure is completed.
