As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email you will find a link with the words "View your order" . By following this link, you will be able to track your package until it is delivered.

Please note that the tracking link will not be active until the package is received by the courier.

Please note that the tracking link is not updated every day. However, if the tracking link is not updated within 5-6 business days, please contact customer service.

If your package shows as delivered but you don't have it, please check if it was delivered to a neighbor, otherwise please contact customer service via the help section below.
