Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Dadaloo. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products following our simple return policy.
Return Period - 30 days
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products. We accept returns for unused, undamaged items with the original packaging. The return is possible for any reason, whether it is a change of mind or a problem with the product received.
Return Shipping - Free
Dadaloo is committed to making the return process as easy and convenient as possible. We offer free shipping on all returns. After you request a return, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to place on your package to process your return.
No Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees on returns. We want to make sure you can shop worry-free. We will refund the full amount you paid for the product, with no deductions or additional fees.
How to Start a Return

From phone : access the Dadaloo website, go to the top right menu and select "Returns and Refunds" . Follow the instructions to request a return.

From desktop : Scroll to the footer of the site and click on "Returns and Refunds" . Follow the instructions to start the return process.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to print. Pack the product in its original packaging and apply the prepaid label, then drop the package off at the designated carrier.
Reimbursement
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If the product meets the requirements listed above, we will process a full refund . The refund will be issued using the same payment method used originally and will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exceptions
