Returns and Refunds Policy - Dadaloo

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Dadaloo. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products following our simple return policy.

Return Period - 30 days

You have at your disposal 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products. We accept returns for unused, undamaged items with the original packaging. The return is possible for any reason, whether it is a change of mind or a problem with the product received.

Return Shipping - Free

Dadaloo is committed to making the return process as simple and convenient as possible. We offer free shipping for all returns. After you request a return, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to place on your package to process the return.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees about returns. We want to make sure you can shop worry-free. We will refund the full amount you paid for the product, with no deductions or additional fees.

How to Start a Return

• From phone : access the Dadaloo website, go to the top right menu and select the item "Returns and Refunds" . Follow the instructions to request a return.

• From desktop : scroll to footer of the site and click on "Returns and Refunds" . Follow the instructions to start the return process.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to print. Pack the product in its original packaging and apply the prepaid label, then drop the package off at the designated carrier.

Reimbursement

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If the product meets the requirements, we will issue you a site credit that you can use toward a future purchase.

If the payment was made by card, we can refund the amount directly to the same payment method, upon request. For orders paid with cash on delivery, we will issue the credit on the site .

The credit will be visible on your account immediately after confirmation, and if you request a refund, the amount will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit institution.

Exceptions
