How to Make a Return on Dadaloo

Making a return on Dadaloo is simple and intuitive, with an identical procedure whether you are browsing from desktop or mobile. The only difference is the path to access the section dedicated to returns.

You can access the returns page directly from the footer of the site by clicking on "How to make a return" .

On mobile, access the dedicated page via the menu at the top left and select "Returns and Refunds" .

Regardless of the device you are using, once you reach the returns section, the steps to complete the request are the same:

1. Click on the "Make Return" button , which will take you to the screen to begin the process.
2. On the new page, you will be asked to enter the email you registered with or used to place the order. This email is needed to link the request to your account.
3. After entering your email, you will receive a confirmation email containing a 6-digit code .
4. Enter this code on the next page to verify your identity and continue.
5. At this point, the orders page will open, where you can see all the purchases you have made. Select the order you want to return.
6. After choosing the order, you can complete the return procedure, indicating the reason for the return (if you wish) and confirming the request.

Once the procedure is completed, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you via email. Print the label, attach it to the package containing the product you wish to return and deliver it to the indicated courier.
