Changing Size and Color: How to Proceed

On Dadaloo, if you wish to change the size or color of a purchased item, we inform you that it is not possible to make these changes directly during the return procedure. Our return system does not allow exchanges for different sizes or colors.

Therefore, if you need a different size or color, we invite you to proceed as follows:

1. Please return the item you wish to exchange, following our normal return policy. You may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

2. Once you receive your refund, you can place a new order for the item in the size or color you want. This allows you to manage the exchange easily and without complications.

Our system thus ensures faster and more transparent management of returns, avoiding delays or complications related to exchanges.
